Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in polymer science, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, fine chemical engineering, etc;
2. Able to independently conduct experimental operations, with experience as an experimenter, quality inspector, or laboratory technician preferred;
3. Able to independently search for literature and materials;
4. Possess good communication skills, learning ability, proactive approach to work, and excellent teamwork spirit;
5. Honest and down-to-earth, responsible, diligent and meticulous in work, strong hands-on ability, positive and optimistic, with a spirit of research.
Formula development engineer
operating duty:
1. Responsible for UV system formula development and related testing work,
2. Responsible for product evaluation and writing related technical documents;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, completing tasks assigned by leaders;
4. Cooperate with the marketing department to coordinate technical requirements with customers;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, master’s degree is preferred. Major: Chemical related majors such as polymer materials and materials chemistry;
2. Able to independently develop formulas, with at least 1 year of experience in formula development preferred. Familiar with UV system resins, epoxy resins, or silicone formula systems, with UV system development experience preferred. Familiar with preparation processes such as spin coating and coating;
3. Able to independently search and organize literature materials;
4. Possess good communication skills, learning ability, proactive approach to work, and excellent teamwork spirit;
5. Honest and down-to-earth, responsible, diligent and meticulous in work, strong hands-on ability, positive and optimistic, with a spirit of research.
R&D engineer, R&D supervisor or R&D manager
operating duty:
1. Collaborate with other departments to complete project pre evaluation and project approval review; After technical communication with clients, organize and summarize the development case objectives and requirements, conduct product design, complete internal performance testing, and send samples for verification; Track the test results of each sample, organize the sample delivery history, conduct internal analysis and discussion, and propose improvement plans until they are verified by the customer; Complete product development summary and mass production transfer process; Track customers’ application experience of the product and optimize it as needed in the later stage;
2. Cooperate with other departments to provide technical advice and assistance;
3. Daily laboratory work management;
4. (The R&D manager requires laboratory team management experience)
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in polymer science, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, fine chemical engineering, or related fields; (R&D manager requires a master’s degree or above from 985/211)
2. Familiar with characterization methods such as FTIR, GPC, GC-MS, HPLC, UV-VIS, DLS, SEM, TEM, etc; Proficient in using thermodynamic testing instruments such as TMA, DMA, DSC, TGA, rheometer, etc; Proficient in using equipment such as three roll grinding machines, planetary mixers, sand mills, filter presses, etc
3. More than 3 years of development experience in adhesive products such as epoxy structural adhesive, bonding adhesive, bottom filling adhesive, dam sealing adhesive, and edge sealing adhesive, familiar with the raw material supply chain, formula design, and principles of thermosetting and cationic photopolymerization epoxy systems; (R&D manager requires at least 5 years of work experience)
4. Work experience with well-known adhesive manufacturers or upstream raw material manufacturers such as epoxy resin and cationic initiators is preferred; Experience in using DOE and PLM systems is preferred;
5. Have good communication and learning skills, be proactive and responsible in doing things, and have a good team spirit;
