| Recommended Processing Procedure |
1. Fully disperse and dissolve photochromic pigments in the selected solvent, then add proportionally into base binder and stir sufficiently for 30 min. (Note: High-shear stirring and ultrasonic treatment are prohibited.) 2. Thoroughly clean lenses before spin coating to guarantee clean and smooth surface. 3. After coating application, thermally cure the product in an oven at 80℃, adjust heating time (15–30 min) based on coating thickness. |
